As the Planning Commissioner for the City of Brentwood and a resident for more than two decades, I am committed to doing the best thing for the future of Brentwood. I am a proud son of parents who immigrated to this country from Panama. My father served in the U.S. Army, during the Korean War, and my mother worked for the New York City Board of Education and was in the DC37 union. I have been married for over 35 years to my wife Audrey. Together we have two adult sons who attended public schools here in Brentwood from the first kindergarten class at Krey Elementary, to Adams Middle School, and finally graduating from Heritage High School. Audrey and I are very blessed that both our sons, like their parents, are college graduates and are leading productive lives.

Beyond his consultancy prowess, Gerald is a pillar of his community and profession. His leadership roles encompass serving as the Planning Commissioner for the City of Brentwood, President of the Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, the Past President of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, and other notable leadership roles that reflect his commitment to fostering business excellence.

Embodying the principle that “Nothing happens unless you make it happen,” Gerald’s positive, passionate, and persistent approach is characterized by his unwavering commitment to meeting and exceeding the multifaceted expectations of corporate, small, and mid-sized business leaders under his guidance.

I’m committed to doing the best thing for the future of Brentwood.
